 About Your New Job

  • Deliver packaging aspects of NPD projects: Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Manage packaging trials and process improvements: Oversee packaging product and manufacturing specifications.
  • Source and validate new packaging materials: Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and efficiency.
  • Drive sustainability projects: Focus on meeting company and customer targets with recyclable and reduced-impact materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve production processes.
  • Commission new technology and equipment: Assist at various stages from writing commissioning documents to final efficiency tests.

 What Skills You Need

  • Experience in packaging development and sustainability: Proven track record in managing packaging projects and driving sustainability initiatives.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance: Familiarity with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Strong project management skills: Ability to manage projects from concept to launch, including trials and process improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with procurement, QA, supply chain, and engineering teams.
  • Technical expertise: Skilled in packaging design, material evaluation, and commissioning new technologies.
