About Your New Job
- Assist customers in finding OTC products based on their needs and preferences, providing accurate information and advice.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the till system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer service goals.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential.
- Knowledge of OTC healthcare products is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
What’s on Offer
- Salary ranging from €14.15 to €15.50 per hour
- 40-hour working week with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute tea breaks.
- No Sundays or public holidays, and only 1 in 3 Saturdays required.
