About Your New Job

  • As the Order Processor / Technical Administrator, you will review and process customer orders, survey information, and technical specifications with meticulous accuracy.
  • You will enter detailed and specific measurements into the production system to ensure 100% accuracy for bespoke manufacturing.
  • You will liaise with sales, survey, and installation teams to resolve queries and update manufacturing paperwork as needed.
  • You will be responsible for upholding high standards in data entry, technical administration, and supporting the operations team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, fully onsite at a convenient location next to the DART station, with parking available.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 2 years of administration or customer service experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with technical specifications or measurements.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a productive team.
  • Advantageous but not essential: experience in manufacturing, construction, windows/doors/glazing sectors, technical degree (e.g., Architecture, Engineering), or familiarity with Adminbase or similar systems.
