Order Fulfilment Operator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service / Supply Chain Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will suit a highly organised and customer-focused individual with experience in order management, supply chain coordination, and working across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders, schedules, amendments, and related documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and provide timely updates on orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with planning, production, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any changes, delays, or supply issues
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order information within ERP/stock management systems
• Support process improvements to drive efficiency across customer service and supply chain activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, supply chain coordination, order management, or administration
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAGE/stock management experience desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
