About Your New Job
As Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing activity across multiple product lines, ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. You will lead, develop and support a high-performing team while driving operational efficiency, service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in an operations leadership or team lead role within a regulated environment
- Italian language capability
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage workloads to agreed SLAs
- Experience leading or contributing to significant projects, initiatives or service improvements
