Operations Manager - Construction

Working with an Irish construction-tech company based in Cork. Since launching, the company has delivered numerous housing units and continues to scale its operations while growing its team across design, manufacturing and quality control roles.
Role Overview
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the organisations business operations
- Ensure the company scales efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance
- Act as a key link between ownership, senior management, and operational teams
About your job:
- Lead day-to-day business operations
- Develop and implement business strategies to support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Oversee planning, capacity management, and delivery schedules
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls in collaboration with finance partners
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing management and operational team
- Foster a strong culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and key industry partners
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, reporting performance to company leadership
What skills you need:
- Proven experience in a senior management or general management role
- Background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or offsite construction preferred
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience scaling operations or growing a business is highly desirable
Whats on offer:
Generous Salary on offer DOE 70k -80k
