About the job:

As the Office Support & Finance Officer, you will be a trusted central point across the organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, support the operations of the office and support any financial processes.

Our client are a charity who assist with the Recruitment process, matching people together through skills.

Working Arrangement:

  • Part Time Role, 21 hours per week, worked over 5 mornings. For coverage reasons, working fewer than 5 mornings is not an option.
  • Primarily remote
  • Travel to Dublin for Meeting, once per month (minimum)

Salary:

  • Salary is €32,000 based on Full Time hours. Will be pro-rata based on hours.

Duties in this job include:

Finance

  • Liaise with finance, accounting and audit team.
  • Assist with invoices or other financial tasks
  • Monitoring and updating on CRM for accurate tracking of financials. 

Operations 

  • Act as the lead for any IT / system questions.
  • Support onboarding of staff 
  • Event and Calendar Management 
  • Monitor office and operations

Governance

  • Assist with board packs, take minutes, AGM preparation, policies. 

What do you need for this job: 

  • Previous experience working with Executive Directors & Senior Management. 
  • Experience in NGO or Non Profit Sector required. 
  • Proven experience in Financial Support or Financial Administration required. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in Administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and busy workload. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable.
