About Your New Job

  • As the Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, being the go-to person for all things administration.
  • You will support company directors with general admin, board pack preparation, travel bookings, and monthly reporting (no inbox management required).
  • You will coordinate office events, organise meetings, and help foster a positive, social office culture.
  • You will manage office supplies, facilities, onboarding for new hires, and support HR administration.
  • You will be the welcoming face for staff, clients, and visitors.

What Skills You Need

  • 2–4 years’ experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or Executive Assistant role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in basic HR administration is an advantage.
