About Your New Job
- Maintain office and health & safety records, manage post, and support office projects.
- Ensure up-to-date records on site, including risk assessments, fire drills, and equipment testing.
- Host contractors, manage quotes and invoices, and oversee contractor induction and KPI monitoring.
- Conduct workplace inspections, manage KPI scorecards, and handle first aid box checks.
- Manage deliveries, warehouse compliance, and FedEx in/out processes.
What Skills You Need
- Strong customer service skills and experience in a high-profile environment.
- Ability to manage service disruptions and provide proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and computer literacy.
What’s on Offer
- €24750 annum for the 30hr week
- Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm
