About the Role
A long‑established, award winning for their Customer Service, Real Estate business in Dublin is seeking a driven, reliable and detail oriented Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a fully office based role on site and is ideal for someone with a real estate background who enjoys administrative work and supporting a team but doesn't want the sales element of real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the team
- Manage office operations, equipment, supplies, and general upkeep
- Maintain organised, accurate records and property documentation
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and property related bookings
- Handle client enquiries with professionalism and strong communication
- Support internal workflows and take initiative to improve processes
- Assist with any other general office duties to ensure efficient operations

- Proven experience in office administration, within real estate or property management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
