About the Role

A long‑established, award winning for their Customer Service, Real Estate business in Dublin is seeking a driven, reliable and detail oriented Office Administrator to join their team. 

This is a fully office based role on site and is ideal for someone with a real estate background who enjoys administrative work and supporting a team but doesn't want the sales element of real estate. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the team
  • Manage office operations, equipment, supplies, and general upkeep
  • Maintain organised, accurate records and property documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and property related bookings
  • Handle client enquiries with professionalism and strong communication
  • Support internal workflows and take initiative to improve processes
  • Assist with any other general office duties to ensure efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in office administration, within real estate or property management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
  • A proactive, supportive team player who takes initiative
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
