About Your New Job
- Plan and optimize route and load schedules for deliveries.
- Organize and communicate load schedules.
- Book in deliveries and liaise with customers.
- Liaise daily to ensure that customers receive their orders on time in full.
- Communicate effectively with customers and respond to their requirements.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using product knowledge and expertise and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Place orders on the system and maintain IT systems in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Undertake any other assignments and administrative duties as may be reasonably required by the manager.
What Skills You Need
- Experience working in a busy administrative role.
- Experience providing in person or phone-based customer service.
- Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Detail orientated with an ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines.
- Solution focused with the ability to be flexible in their approach to problem solving.
- Enthusiastic with ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Farming related background desirable.
