Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Dublin 22, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Newly Qualified Accountant to join their small but highly collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across all areas of finance and play a key role in supporting business performance.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the finance function, including:
- Month-end close and preparation of management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting processes
- Financial and management reporting
- Variance analysis and business partnering
- Supporting audits and year-end activities
- Process improvement initiatives
- Ad hoc financial analysis and project work
This is a fully office-based position, requiring attendance in the Dublin 22 office five days per week.
Requirements
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within an SME environment is essential
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved across all areas of finance
- Must have a valid visa permitting full-time work in Ireland
