About Your New Job

• Consult fact-finds to assess clients’ financial circumstances, needs, and objectives.
• Recommend appropriate mortgage products and most suitable lenders.
• Manage a pipeline of clients and provide clear explanations of mortgage terms, interest rates, protection products, and repayment structures.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, underwriters, and other third parties to progress applications.
• Ensure full adherence to CBOI Guideline, Consumer Protection Code, and MCC (Minimum Competency Code).

What Skills You Need

• QFA qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in mortgage advisory, lending, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish mortgage market and lender criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
