Mobile Mechanic – Cork - OTE €50,000 - €60,000 per annum + Benefits

About Your New Job

  • Deliver on-the-spot diagnostics and repairs , ensuring safety and quick resolutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and reassure members during stressful roadside situations.
  • Respond rapidly to breakdowns, flat tyres, battery issues, and a range of general vehicle failures.
  • Clearly communicate technical information and repair options to members with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and operate equipment and fully-outfitted patrol vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Uphold rigorous safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and customers.
  • Accurately complete service reports and documentation for all call-outs and repairs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and escalate complex repairs when needed.

What Skills You Need

  • QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics (apprenticeship completed).
  • Over 3 years experience working as a Mechanic.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical vehicle systems knowledge.
  • Full Driver’s Licence essential; 
  • Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
