About Your New Job

As the Mobile Managed Service Executive, you will:

  • Handle service requests and general queries from corporate customers.
  • Support order management and device provisioning.
  • Assist with reporting, administration, and basic troubleshooting.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in a customer or business support environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Team-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Advantage: Experience with Salesforce or technical support.
