About Your New Role
They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join an on-site facilities team based at a prestigious financial institution located in the city centre. This is a static role, so you will be based on the one high-profile commercial building, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance within a secure environment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing / mechanical systems
- Respond to reactive plumbing repairs in a timely manner
- Carry out maintenance on HVAC systems when needed
- Part of an on site facilities team of 8 - 10 technicians
- Maintain and repair water supply systems, drainage, and sanitary ware
- Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing issues
- Minor installation works and pipework modifications
- Liaise with building management and other maintenance engineers
What Skills you Need
- Fully qualified trade Plumber. ESSENTIAL.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably within commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage, and general plumbing installations.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS) and HVAC-related plant desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
- Full Drivers Licence
- Must be able to successfully past Garda Vetting.
