We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Irish maintenance contractor for an experienced Mobile HVAC Technician to join their growing engineering team, covering a portfolio of commercial and industrial client sites across Dublin and the surrounding areas.

This is a permanent role offering a varied workload, company vehicle, excellent job security, and genuine opportunities for training and career progression.

The Role

As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC and mechanical building services equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple client sites.
  • Service, maintain and repair air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation systems, pumps and associated mechanical plant.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
  • Perform routine inspections and ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
  • Complete maintenance reports and update the CAFM system accurately.
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering a high standard of service.
  • Work independently to manage daily schedules and service calls.

What Skills You Need

  • Qualified HVAC Technician or Mechanical trade background.
  • Ideally F Gas certified
  • Previous experience working within facilities management, maintenance, or building services.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems.
  • Experience carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
