We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Irish maintenance contractor for an experienced Mobile HVAC Technician to join their growing engineering team, covering a portfolio of commercial and industrial client sites across Dublin and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC and mechanical building services equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple client sites.
- Service, maintain and repair air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation systems, pumps and associated mechanical plant.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
- Complete maintenance reports and update the CAFM system accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering a high standard of service.
- Work independently to manage daily schedules and service calls.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified HVAC Technician or Mechanical trade background.
- Ideally F Gas certified
- Previous experience working within facilities management, maintenance, or building services.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems.
- Experience carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
