About Your New Job

  • Operate a 3-ton Excavator: As a Mini Digger Driver, you will be responsible for the precise operation of a 3-ton excavator on various construction sites.
  • Site Preparation: You will play a crucial role in site preparation, trenching, and digging foundations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in strict compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on the excavator to ensure optimal performance and safety.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a mini digger or similar machinery.
  • Certification: Possession of a valid CSCS card or equivalent certification.
  • Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with site managers and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
