Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join their team on a major hospital extension project in Wexford.

Your New Role
As MEP Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of all mechanical, electrical and public health services on a significant hospital extension project
Key responsibilities will include
- Coordinating all MEP services throughout the construction phase.
- Managing and monitoring MEP subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, technical submittals and design information.
- Identifying and resolving coordination issues and design clashes.
- Attending and leading MEP coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.
- Monitoring installation progress and assisting with programme management.
- Supporting testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare project requirements, building regulations and quality standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in an MEP Coordination, Building Services Engineering, Project Engineering or similar role.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services installations.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
- Previous healthcare project experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
