The Work

As a Membership Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for our members, ensuring they receive efficient, accurate and friendly service. You will help maintain the membership lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing support, playing an important role in member satisfaction and retention.

  • Administer day-to-day membership processes, including new member registrations, renewals and updates to member records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in our systems and databases.
  • Respond to membership enquiries via email, phone or other channels, providing clear and timely information.
  • Support billing and payment processes related to membership fees, including tracking, follow-up and basic reconciliation.
  • Prepare and send membership communications, such as confirmations, reminders and general updates.
  • Assist in generating membership reports and statistics to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to support member events, programs or campaigns as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve membership processes and enhance the overall member experience.

The Person

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service and are comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured, process-driven environment.

  • Experience in an administrative, customer service or membership-based role is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow defined processes.
  • Confident using membership, CRM or database systems and comfortable with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new systems, tools and ways of working.
  • Proactive, solution-focused attitude and a genuine interest in improving member experiences.
