About Your New Job
- As Claims Management Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of customer claims enquiries, managing cases through to resolution.
- You will handle complex cases, including large claim authorisations, extraordinary benefits, and ex-gratia payments.
- You will maintain and update customer records accurately in the management system, and participate in high-responsibility projects within operations and across departments.
- As Claims Management Consultant you will ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements, including those set by the Central Bank of Ireland and act as a role model within the team, championing customer service and continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Health/ Medical Claims Management role
- Proven track record in customer service delivery within a contact centre, with experience in case management and claims assessment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a focus on achieving results.
- Demonstrated ability to support colleagues and work collaboratively across teams.
