My client are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Facilities Supervisor to join their team on a high-profile global client site in Sandyford. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established Irish FM provider delivering best-in-class services.
About Your New Role
Your new role would be the Lead Facilities Engineer managing a team of technicians across multiple buildings in the one location. You will also be expected to be hands on when needed.
- Lead and supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers on site
- Act as the primary technical authority for all mechanical systems
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed efficiently
- Oversee HVAC systems, pumps, pipework, and associated plant
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with site standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with H&S regulations
- Liaise directly with the client and provide regular performance updates
What Skills You Need
- Trade qualified in plumbing, HVAC or mechanical services
- Minimum 2 years management experience managing a site and team of technicians
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and mechanical plant systems
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong client-facing communication abilities
- Must have a full Irish drivers license
