About Your New Job

  • Project Management: As the Mechanical Site Manager, you will oversee the mechanical aspects of the new library construction project.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all mechanical work is completed to the highest standards and complies with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Coordination: Work closely with other site managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Site Manager
  • Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve on-site issues.
