Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor to join their team on a flagship 250-unit residential development in Dundrum, comprising a mix of houses and apartments.

About Your New Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for managing the day-to-day mechanical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical installation works from first fix through to commissioning.

• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and apprentices.

• Plan daily and weekly site activities.

• Manage labour, materials and deliveries.

• Coordinate works with the Project Manager, design team and main contractor.

• Monitor programme, quality and productivity.

• Attend coordination and progress meetings.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.

• Resolve technical and site-related issues.

What You'll Need

• Trade qualification in Plumbing or Pipefitting.

• 10+ years' experience on mechanical building services projects.

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, Foreman or Chargehand.

• Residential, commercial or industrial project experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
