  • Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.

  • Working alongside a production team to assemble high-tech equipment.

What You Need

We are looking for people who are practical, mechanically minded and enjoy working with their hands.

Experience in production, manufacturing, assembly or a technical environment would be an advantage. However, we are also interested in candidates who have developed relevant practical skills through hobbies or personal projects, such as:

  • Car mechanics – working on cars, engines or motorcycles, or carrying out your own maintenance and repairs.

  • Mobile phone repairs – replacing screens or batteries, or repairing internal components.

  • PC and laptop building – building computers, upgrading hardware or replacing components.

  • DIY and mechanical projects – building, fixing or maintaining equipment.

  • Electronics – repairing electronic devices or working with small components.

You should also have:

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • A genuine interest in mechanical or technical work.

  • A willingness to learn new skills and work to high-quality standards.

  • An EU passport and a willingness to relocate to Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

What's on Offer

  • Full-time employment opportunities in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

  • Salary: €45k - €52k base depending on experience (before tax).

  • Relocation assistance, including support with finding accommodation.

  • The opportunity to gain experience in advanced high-tech manufacturing.

  • Training to develop your practical and technical skills.

  • Potential for long-term career development into more specialised technical assembly roles.

How to Apply

If you enjoy fixing things, using tools or taking equipment apart and putting it back together, this could be the ideal opportunity to turn your practical skills into a rewarding career.

Please include any relevant hobbies, personal projects or hands-on experience on your updated CV, even if these skills have been developed outside of a professional working environment.

We are planning a recruitment and interview session towards the end of November 2026, with the exact date to be confirmed.
