About Your New Role
As a Mechanical Foreman, you will supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Main Duties: • Lead, supervise, and coordinate mechanical installation teams, including direct labour and specialist installers
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety, quality, and Irish building regulations
• Plan and organise site activities, including labour allocation, materials, tools, and equipment
• Liaise across project teams, contractors, suppliers, and trades for smooth project delivery
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and uphold health & safety standards
• Review mechanical drawings, resolve site issues, and maintain records
• Mentor and guide apprentices, operatives, and junior team members

What Skills You Need
• Fully qualified plumber, pipefitter, or mechanical craftsperson with relevant trade certification
• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical installation, 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, plantroom installations, and mechanical services
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and resolve on-site technical issues
• Full clean driving licence desirable
