This role is based at Dublin Airport, where you’ll contribute to the installation of passenger and baggage systems.

About Your New Job
In this position, you’ll be responsible for installing conveyor belt systems within Dublin Airport. Your work will include assembling, fitting, and installing new conveyor systems in line with technical drawings and project specifications. You’ll work closely with engineers, supervisors, and airport staff to ensure installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role includes both day and night shifts, offering flexibility while ensuring full project coverage. This is a long-term, full-time position with consistent hours and the opportunity to be part of an experienced and skilled team.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience as a mechanical fitter, ideally working with conveyor systems
  • Experience in an airport or similarly busy environment is advantageous
  • Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to read technical drawings
  • Good understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow them closely
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to respond to changing installation requirements
