Mechanic Supervisor – Workshop
A well-established engineering and fleet services company is seeking an experienced Mechanic Supervisor to lead a busy workshop team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Mechanic Supervisor with a strong mechanical background and experience supervising technicians or mechanics.
The Mechanic Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, support mechanics and apprentices, and ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of mechanics
- Allocate jobs and manage daily workshop workflow
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and productivity
- Monitor repairs and maintenance work completion
- Maintain workshop safety and compliance
Requirements
- Qualified mechanic / technician background
- Around 10 years’ experience in vehicle maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Leadership experience in a workshop environment
