About Your New Role
As M&E Coordinator, you will coordinate mechanical and electrical activities across a range of large construction projects, ensuring that M&E works are delivered efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project teams and key stakeholders while applying Lean Management principles to support successful project delivery.
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating mechanical and electrical activities across large construction projects.
- Working closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of M&E works.
- Supporting the coordination of projects for both public and private-sector clients.
- Monitoring the progress and coordination of M&E activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting the smooth and professional delivery of construction activities.
What Skills You Need
- 2+ years of experience working within the construction sector.
- Experience or knowledge of M&E coordination within a construction environment.
- Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
- The ability to work effectively with project teams and key stakeholders.
