Manufacturing Operative

Looking for a job where you work 3 days a week but complete full-time hours?

We are hiring Manufacturing Operatives for a busy site in Bandon.

This would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and has experience in a warehouse, factory, production, construction or similar environment.

Working Pattern

• 3 days per week
• 12-hour shifts
• 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am
• Rotating day and night shifts
• Full-time position

What You'll Be Doing

The role will involve a mixture of production and general site duties, including:

• Working with machinery and production equipment
• Preparing materials for production
• Moving products and materials around the site
• Loading and unloading goods
• Checking products during the production process
• Recording production information
• Keeping the work area tidy
• Following company safety and operating procedures
• Working with the wider team to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For

You don't need to have worked in this exact role before.

Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, production, construction, agriculture or another practical environment would be useful.
