We are currently working with an organisation that is looking to hire for a Manager for their Data Engineering & Analytics function. This is a permanent role for which the company will provide a very good salary and bonus as well as additional benefits.
The company work in a hybrid of 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely, based in Dublin city centre.
Primary Duties
- Provides functional and technical leadership across the design, delivery, and operations of a portfolio of business-related data & analytics solutions
- Ensures that data products and supporting infrastructure, tools and architecture are delivered to a high-standard to support the delivery of best-in-class reporting and analytics solutions
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists, providing guidance, mentoring, and feedback to drive a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Experienced in Data Engineering/Data Analytics with leadership experience
- Experience in at least 2 of Azure, Fabric, Databricks or dbt
- Excellent communication skills
