About Your New Job

As a Maintenance technician you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of production and maintenance activities.

Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of production lines by proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical issues.
  • Partnering with production teams to achieve operational targets while monitoring machine and line performance.
  • Managing preventative maintenance schedules and maintaining accurate maintenance and PM records.
  • Conducting downtime analysis and leading resolution of recurring mechanical and performance issues.
  • Supporting engineering, process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and permit-to-work standards.

You will act as a key engineering contact on shift, providing hands-on technical support and leadership on the production floor.

What Skills You Need

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance technician within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience using maintenance management systems and working with automated equipment and control systems.
  • Proven troubleshooting ability with strong communication skills and experience supporting engineering or plant improvement projects.
