About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Plumber to service a major Irish financial institution across multiple commercial sites. In this role, you will:
- Respond to plumbing faults and carry out reactive repairs across the client’s portfolio of buildings
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, heating systems, water services, and general building services
- Ensure all plumbing works meet industry safety standards, statutory regulations, and client compliance requirements
- Support the client’s facilities and engineering teams in resolving more complex plumbing or building service issues
- Travel between sites as required, providing high-quality service and maintaining a strong client-focused approach
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and completed repairs
What You’ll Need
- Fully qualified Plumber
- Full, clean driver’s licence
- Strong experience in plumbing maintenance or facilities management on large commercial sites
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems, heating, water distribution, and sanitary services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining safety standards
