Maintenance Technician
12-hour, 4-cycle shift pattern (4 days one week, 3 days the next)

As part of its continued growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join its team and contribute to its ongoing success.
About Your New Job
- Optimise and improve existing production processes and equipment performance.
- Drive yield improvement through planned preventative maintenance and rapid fault response.
- Support equipment installation, maintenance, and calibration activities.
- Use PLC programmes to diagnose technical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with site health & safety standards and procedures.
What Skills You Need
- A qualification in Industrial Automation, Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or a related trade discipline is desirable.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience with special-purpose equipment and pick-and-place systems.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs, pneumatic systems, actuators, AC motors and controllers.
