The team is focused on excellence, reliability and innovation, delivering tightly controlled components to global customers who demand the highest standards.

About Your New Job

  • Take full responsibility for the maintenance, servicing and repair of CNC, manual machinery, automation systems, compressors, forklifts and vehicles.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic faults, while managing preventative maintenance schedules and machine downtime.
  • Support the introduction and development of automation, robotics and Industry 4.0 solutions, including automated cells and coolant management systems.
  • Oversee facilities, infrastructure and utilities, including compressed air and power systems, ensuring equipment remains safe and operational.
  • Manage spares, maintenance records, suppliers and external contractors, while ensuring all equipment meets health & safety requirements.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience maintaining CNC machines is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent organisational, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance planning skills.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies is advantageous.
