About Your New Job
- Carry out fault-finding, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, utility and production equipment.
- Complete planned and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment uptime and reliability.
- Ensure all work complies with GMP, Health & Safety and site procedures, including permits, LOTO and PPE.
- Work with Operations, Maintenance and external contractors to resolve equipment issues and support new equipment installations.
- Support continuous improvement by tracking equipment performance, reducing changeover times and helping move maintenance from reactive to proactive.
What Skills You Need
- Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic equipment.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, automated production lines and regulated manufacturing environments advantageous.
- Relevant safety certifications such as Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
- Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts and participate in an on-call/call-out rota as required.
