Your Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play an integral role in our operations, ensuring that our machinery and equipment perform at their best.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and efficiently repair production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues swiftly, keeping operations running smoothly.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled tasks to optimize machine performance and longevity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to support seamless operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
- Health & Safety: Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines, contributing to a safe workplace.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and engineering drawings.
- Expertise in maintaining and repairing various types of machinery.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, and respond to on-call emergencies when required.
