About Your New Job

  • As a Technical Support Engineer, the successful person will be working within the Maintenance Service Department, sharing responsibilities and client workload with experienced colleagues.
  • Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and facilities departments in leading multinational client environments.
  • Compiling service quotations, coordinate and monitor preventative maintenance, prepare technical reports and manuals, and maintain accurate filing systems for contracts and service jobs.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., EN378/PED), review engineer check sheets, and manage communication with contractors, engineers, and clients.
  • Following up on service leads and contribute to business growth through recommendations and contract management.

What Skills You Need

  • Solid mechanical, engineering, or HVAC background (3D/BIM skills are a plus).
  • Strong technical documentation experience and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and CRM/service management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English is essential.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
