About Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading maintenance provider on a static role within a major hospital in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term stability while working in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across the hospital site
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages
  • Maintain and service hot & cold water systems
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Work closely with onsite facilities and engineering teams
  • Provide high-quality service in a clinical environment

What Skills You Need

  • Trade Qualified Plumber
  • MUST have an previous experience in maintenance or facilities management environment
  • Strong knowledge of building services and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work independently on a busy, critical site
  • Hospital or large commercial environment experience is desirable but not essential
