With a diverse portfolio of clients across hospitality and commercial environments, they deliver high-quality maintenance services and build long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their team in a mobile role covering multiple sites throughout Dublin City Centre.
About Your New Role
As Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a portfolio of hospitality and commercial buildings in Dublin City Centre.
Working in a mobile capacity, you will travel between various client sites, ensuring plumbing systems and building services are maintained to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working across different environments as part of a growing Irish facilities management business.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance across multiple sites.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair plumbing faults and building services issues.
- Undertake general plumbing repairs, installations and maintenance works.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Carry out project works on properties when needed.
- Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and job documentation.
- Liaise with site contacts, clients and the wider maintenance team.
- Travel between various hospitality and commercial sites throughout Dublin City Centre.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements.
What You Need
- MUST be a trade qualified Plumber.
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Experience working within commercial, hospitality or facilities management environments would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Well presented and client facing
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied mobile workload.
