About Your New Job
As the Maintenance Plumber, you will:
- Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, installations and servicing across the site.
- Support wider mechanical and building-services maintenance, with training available to develop your multi-skilled capabilities.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
- Prepare permits and supervise subcontractors when required.
- Work closely with the helpdesk and site management to ensure maintenance requests are completed effectively.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Plumbing trade background is essential.
- Experience in general mechanical and building-services maintenance is desirable.
- Strong multi-skilled facilities maintenance experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of BMS and control systems would be beneficial.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required.
What’s on Offer
- €26–€27 per hour, equivalent to approximately €54K–€56K per year based on a 40-hour week.
