Our client is a well-established and growing Irish building services and maintenance contractor with over 25 years of experience delivering mechanical, electrical and maintenance solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, data centres and industrial facilities.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Dublin-based maintenance team.

Your New Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong electrical background to oversee a portfolio of maintenance contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of maintenance contracts from quotation through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Coordinate planned preventative and reactive maintenance works across commercial sites.
  • Schedule engineers and specialist subcontractors to ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
  • Liaise with procurement teams to ensure materials, plant and equipment are available when required.
  • Monitor contract performance, KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare quotations, reports and contract documentation.
  • Attend regular client meetings and site visits to review ongoing works and future maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and health & safety procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams where required.

What Skills You Need

  • Qualified Electrician with experience working in commercial building services.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or similar maintenance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Experience managing maintenance contracts within a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Good understanding of Permit to Work systems and safe systems of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Full clean driving licence.
