About Your New Job
- Oversee CMMS Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accurate asset recording and integration into maintenance workflows.
- Support Capital Projects: Ensure all asset data, maintenance requirements, and technical records are complete and integrated into the asset management system.
- Develop Maintenance Tasks: Define and maintain preventive maintenance tasks, inspection intervals, and performance standards within the CMMS.
- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee mechanical, electrical, civil, and floating plant maintenance activities through the CMMS.
- Monitor Performance: Use CMMS-generated KPIs to monitor asset and maintenance performance, identify trends, and support reliability-centred maintenance initiatives.
- Data Management: Capture and maintain accurate maintenance data to support asset cost analysis and budgeting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure asset data supports regulatory risk assessments, reporting obligations, and audit readiness.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering roles related to maintenance, reliability, or asset management.
- Understanding of relevant European and National H&S legislation.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and engineering standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English, equivalent to first language standard.
- High level of computer proficiency.
- Full Irish Driver's Licence.
