Static Maintenance Electrician – Dublin City Centre
We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global facilities management company for an experienced Static Maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious commercial site in Dublin City Centre.

The Role
As part of the on-site engineering team, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a modern commercial building, ensuring all electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults across building services.
- Perform routine inspections, testing and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Complete PPM tasks in line with maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
- Accurately complete maintenance reports and job records.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with the wider engineering team to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Qualified Electrician with a recognised electrical trade qualification.
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Good knowledge of health & safety and electrical compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
