About Your New Job
As a Machine Operator, you will:
- Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to daily production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent output and address any deviations.
- Carry out routine quality checks and report any product inconsistencies or defects.
- Conduct basic cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
- Support production changeovers and collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets.
- Follow all necessary health, safety, and hygiene protocols for food safety compliance.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience operating machinery in manufacturing or food production.
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with standard operating procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience in food/dairy production.
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with HACCP systems.
