Legal Specialist - Multinational - Cork - €66k - 11 month contract
Main responsibilities
The position involves a varied and interesting corporate practice blending traditional legal work with the adoption of modern legal technology, including:
- Assisting with the maintenance and, as needed, formation and dissolution of Irish and foreign subsidiaries.
- Supporting business and legal functions across EMEA on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Liaising with other members of the International Corporate Law team.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline corporate legal workflows.
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a similiar role.
Experience with entity management databases and document management systems.
Experience in international Corporate Law matters.
Relevant qualification.
