About Your New Job as a Lease Consultant
- As a Lease Consultant, you will take ownership of the entire leasing process for mobile network sites, focusing on building strong professional relationships with property owners/landlords.
- Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate lease terms directly with landlords, primarily over the phone, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both parties and handling any objections or concerns with professionalism.
- You will enter and update lease information, ensuring all records are complete and compliant with internal standards.
- You’ll be at the forefront of supporting landlords throughout the lease process up to closing.
- You will draft, assemble, and send presentation packages and proposals to landlords, both digitally and via post, ensuring all content is clear and precise.
- You will be guiding them from the initial conversation through to the signature of lease agreements, providing support, clarifying processes, and fostering trust.
- You will be covering the German market in this role.
- You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in both Düsseldorf and international offices, sharing updates, and contributing to a supportive team environment.
What Skills You Need
- You will need to be able to speak fluent German.
- Prior experience in sales or contract negotiation is an advantage
- Experience in sales or contract negotiation will be a distinct advantage.
- You need to have experience in using CRM systems.
- You must be capable of efficiently handling multiple lease negotiations and maintaining accurate records while meeting deadlines.
