We are working with a tech company in Galway that is looking to hire a Lead SRE. Our client is a market leader in their field and can provide excellent career opportunities.
The position is based in Galway and operates on a hybrid model 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Primary Duties
- Partner with Development, DevOps and Support to improve the full product lifecycle from design to deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.
- Define and improve production readiness standards for services and deployments.
- Improve the operability, observability, and reliability of live services, designing observability stacks and dashboards to track key metrics and improve operational insight.
Requirements
- Experience in site reliability engineering
- Good working knowledge of languages and systems such as Java, Kotlin, Typescript or Python and technologies like IaC (Terraform), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good knowledge of AWS preferred
