They are now seeking a labourer with a C1 License and a background in construction to join their team.
About Your New Job
As a labourer with a C1 License, you will be responsible for transporting essential tools, parts, and electrical equipment to construction sites across Leinster. Timely and safe delivery of materials will be crucial in helping the team stay efficient and on track. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a wide range of electrical tools, parts, cables, lighting, and other materials to various locations across Leinster.
- Ensuring the safe and secure transportation of all items, keeping them in excellent condition.
- Assisting with site preparations and providing support to construction teams as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collaborating with site managers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Adhering to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when on site.
A background in construction labouring is essential, as it will give you a better understanding of the equipment and demands on-site, ensuring more efficient deliveries.
What Skills You Need
To succeed in this role, you should hold a valid C1 driving license and have a clean driving record. A background in construction is essential, ideally with experience in labouring or similar roles, as this will provide you with a strong understanding of the tools and materials used on construction sites. A valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate are a requirement.
What’s on Offer
Successful applicants will be given the chance to work on landmark projects in North Dublin. This role is from Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. After 40 hours, you will be paid an overtime rate. Upon completion of this contract, you may be giving the option to be made permanent.
