This is a permanent, hybrid role.

Our client, a well-established and leading kitchen manufacturer, is currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results driven individual with a passion for design and customer service to work with a premium product offering.

About Your New Job

  • Consult with customers to understand their kitchen requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget.
  • Design bespoke kitchen solutions using CAD/design software.
  • Present design concepts, quotations, and product options to clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to closing the sale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service.
  • Work closely with internal teams including production and installation to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchen sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in kitchen design software (CAD) with strong technical drawing skills.
  • Good understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, manufacturing processes, and current design trends.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer-facing skills is essential.
